RETURNS
Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned for an exchange or refund the merchandise price within 60 days of purchase.
Personalized, special order, or drop ship items are not returnable.
Returns to a Local Store
This is so easy! Just bring your CHerrie's CHerubs invoice or gift receipt enclosed in the box with your items. The store sales associate will cheerfully help you with your return or exchange.
Because many items sold online are not available at our stores you must bring your original invoice or gift receipt to insure an accurate exchange or credit to your account. We are unable to process returns at the store without an invoice or gift receipt.
Sending Returns Back to the Online Store
Don't live near a store? It's still easy! When you receive your purchase please examine it carefully. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return the product via UPS or USPS using the instructions on the enclosed packing list.
For UPS or USPS returns please include your packing slip with your return so we can identify your order and quickly process your credit.
On the back of invoice please note reason for your return.
Lost receipt? Include a note with the following information so we can properly credit your account.
name, address, phone, and e-mail address (if available)
if it is a gift, the name of person who gave you the gift
approximate date of purchase / date received
For your protection ship your package via prepaid, insured US Mail or UPS to:

The CHerrie's CHerubs cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.
We will credit your original payment method, less any shipping charges that may apply, within 4-6 weeks.
Please note the following in regard to our return policy:
For health and hygiene reasons breast pumps and swimwear are not returnable. These items are noted on the large product description page.
For health reasons some items are not returnable if package has been opened. These non-returnable items include teethers, pacifiers, bottles, feeding accessories, bathing accessories, skin care products, and all toilet accessories.
Once opened videos, CDs, and cassette tapes are returnable only for exact replacement due to defect.
Personalized and special order items are not returnable.
The CHerrie's CHerubs reserves the right to refuse any refund.
